Run through this list before launch. Each item is something a newcomer, a search engine or an AI assistant will notice.
First screen
- The headline names what you do in plain words.
- A supporting line says who it is for and why it matters.
- One clear next step is visible without scrolling.
Pages people expect
- An About page or equivalent explains who is behind the company.
- Products or services have their own pages.
- Contact details are easy to find.
- Privacy policy and terms are published.
- Pricing is visible if your kind of business usually shows it.
Technical basics
- Search engines may crawl and index the site.
- Every page has a unique title and meta description.
- A sitemap is published and robots.txt is intentional.
- The main content is readable without JavaScript.
- The site is served over HTTPS.
After launch
- Run a BrandUnder analysis to get a baseline.
- Fix the key opportunities, then re-analyze to see what changed.
