Understanding recommendations
Why you see at most three key opportunities, and how actions are prioritized.
Every recommendation states the problem, the evidence, why it matters, what to do and which metric it is expected to improve.
How they are ranked
Priority combines impact, confidence in the evidence, how many visitors or journeys are affected, and how easy the change is. The top three are key opportunities; the rest are important or optional. If a brand already conveys something another way, BrandUnder does not ask it to say it again in a particular form.
